Lawsuit says anchor caused $30M in damage to NY power cable

Jan 2014: Vessel Ellen S. Bouchard and barge B. No. 280’s anchor hit the 693- megawatt Y-49 Long Island Sound transmission cable. The cable leaked 5 gallons of dielectric oil an hour.
